Each property transaction is different, and our fees will be tailored to reflect your requirements. At the outset of each matter a costs estimate will be provided considering each aspect of your matter. There will be occasions when circumstances will add to the complexity of your matter and the initial time and cost estimates which would have been provided to you at the outset of your matter. DSL Solicitors will always keep you updated of any change in costs and circumstances and explain the reason why. We will notify you in writing if our fees or disbursements will increase from the costs estimate that is provided to you at the outset of your matter, before any additional charges are incurred.
Below we have set out examples of the costs involved on several typical conveyancing transactions. These are to provide an indication of our costs and the likely costs involved for disbursements (any other costs related with the process).
Conveyancing Fee Estimate
Our fees range from approximately £550 for a straightforward matter to £2,000 (or more) for higher value properties which may have additional complex features.
We will always provide you with an individual cost estimate at the beginning of your matter.

Additional Information
The examples are based on one person undertaking part in the transaction.
Search Prices vary from each area and upon your instructions a cost confirmation will be made of the search price in the locality of the property.
The SDLT calculation is based on person purchasing who does not own additional property. A SDLT calculation based on your situation will be provided at the outset of your matter confirming your SDLT liability.
