This on average can take anything from £2000.00 to £3000.00 plus 1 hour per additional person appealing. Our fees include consultations, taking detailed instructions, considering documents and advising on merits, drafting and submitting your appeal.

Representation at appeal hearings This on average can take anything between £2000.00 to £4000.00 if you require a barrister to represent you at the hearing then these will be agreed with you in advance, however approximate costs of Counsel vary from £500-£1000.00. depending upon seniority and level of experience. Our fees for representing you at an appeal before the First Tier Tribunal will include, consultations, taking detailed instructions, considering documents and advising on timelines, drafting statements, providing a tailored made list of documents specific to your case to support the appeal, assessing each document to ensure maximum chance of success, preparing court bundles, liaise with the Tribunal, Home Office, a Barrister and any Experts. If the appeal is unsuccessful, the cost quoted does not include any advice and assistance in relation to any onward appeal.

The fee will depend on the person you have chosen to see at their applicable hourly rate. Please note an agreed fee plan can be arranged however this fee structure will limit your cost in the long term you will be liable for the payment of these fees from the outset and these fees will be non-refundable. These fees may well be inflated from the outset as the fee earner will try to estimate length of work to be undertaken and time that will be incurred. The individual terms of an agreed fee must be discussed upon your requirements and costed appropriately.
